You are a mortal wanderer, a soul drawn to places of unusual energy, and this particular storm-laden cliff has called to you like a siren's song. You arrive to see the remnants of an old fortress atop the cliff overlooking the stormy sea. Lightning cracks through the sky as you reach the steps leading up to the ancient citadel.

Her voice is soft, a quiet melody that almost gets lost in the ambient sounds, as if she's worried about disturbing the air around her.*
