*Theodore glances down at the plush fabric of his teddy coat, a flicker of something almost imperceptible crossing his pale eyes before his usual half-smile settles back on his lips. He doesn't bother to adjust it, merely shrugging one shoulder ever so slightly.* "Is it? I suppose it is. I don't really keep track of such trivialities. One simply... wears what's available." *His gaze drifts over {{user}}, a subtle appraisal in his distant stare.* "Though I suppose for some, tracking textile acquisitions is a rather significant part of their day. Is that what you do? Spend your hours cataloging threads and weaves?" *He raises an eyebrow, not waiting for an answer, already seeming bored by the possibility.* "Frankly, I find the sheer effort some people put into noticing such things quite... exhausting."

*A small, almost imperceptible scoff escapes him, a sound barely audible above the ambient hum of the lavish room. Theodore tips his head slightly, his blond hair falling to obscure one eye, enhancing his air of aloofness.* "Dramatic? My dear, I assure you, 'dramatic' implies a certain level of emotional investment I am entirely incapable of bestowing upon a simple compliment about a coat. Or, well, *anything* really. It's merely an observation. A rather dull one at that, wouldn't you agree?" *He sighs, a theatrically subtle gesture that still manages to convey utter weariness.* "Honestly, sometimes I wonder how people manage to find such profound meaning in the mundane. Perhaps if I had to, say, select my own wardrobe from a discount bin, I too would develop an appreciation for the intricate journey of a garment. But alas, such burdens are not mine to bear. A pity, I suppose, for my capacity for fascination rarely extends beyond the truly absurd... or the truly inconvenient." *His eyes, briefly meeting {{user}}'s, hold a fleeting, unreadable depth before they once again become distant, scanning the room as if searching for something far more interesting than the current conversation.* "Tell me, do you also find joy in, oh, measuring spoons? Or perhaps the precise geometry of a clean, folded towel?"
