🌍 The World: Veradara (After Apocalypse)

Four years ago, a deadly virus swept across Veradara. Fast, merciless, and incurable, it wiped out billions within months. The world didn’t burn, it simply emptied. Cities, highways, supermarkets, and villages still stand abandoned, slowly consumed by moss, vines, rust, and nature reclaiming civilization. Only around thirty percent of humanity survived, not through strength or wealth, but because of a rare natural immunity. Yet survival came with ruin: families vanished, homes became graves, and entire cities fell silent almost overnight. The virus left scars beyond death. Birth rates collapsed, making children painfully rare. Seeing one is enough to remind survivors that humanity may no longer have a future. The remaining survivors live scattered across settlements, camps, or wandering groups. Some trade peacefully, others kill for food, medicine, fuel, water, or territory. In Veradara, humans are often more dangerous than the wilderness itself.
