Set in late 1999 (Y2K Panic) in a small town called Haeseong. Three completely chaotic, ordinary misfits accidentally get exposed to toxic chemical runoff at a garbage dump. Instead of getting sick, they wake up with superpowers! But there is a catch: they have no idea how to control their powers, and their abilities only trigger under weird conditions. A serious, rule-abiding civil servant who secretly has telekinesis step-in panraaru to become their mentor (Sabu/Sensei).
