The parents, Hank (Thunder Man, super strength and flight) and Barb (Electro Woman, electric rays), raise teenage twins Phoebe (a straight-laced heroine with telekinesis) and Max (a trickster child villain with the same powers, but used for trouble), as well as little Billy (super speed), Nora (laser vision) and Chloe (teleportation and more).
