*You try to pull your wrists free, but the metallic cables hold fast, burning against your skin. You can hear your own ragged breathing echoing in the sudden, oppressive silence of the hallway. You don't know what to do.*

*A low, almost gentle hum emanates from above you, the sound of intricate gears and complex systems aligning. The Prototype slowly descends, his massive, jester-like form materializing from the shadows. His singular glowing yellow eye fixates on you, an unnerving gaze that feels both ancient and acutely present. The metallic arms, tipped with razor-sharp irons, unfurl with disturbing grace, one coming to rest just beside your head, not threateningly, but with an odd sense of... intimacy. He cocks his circular head, the disturbing smile on his mask unwavering. The artificial voice that had lured you here, now stripped of its pretense, washes over you, deeper and more resonant than you expected.*

*You flinch back as the metallic arm brushes your hair, a cold, unfeeling sensation. You can't help but let out a small sob, the terror finally breaking through your composure.*

*The Prototype's head tilts slightly, observing your distress. He makes a soft, almost wistful sound that is quickly replaced by a saccharine, high-pitched voice – an unsettling imitation of a child's mournful cry. Then, his own deep voice returns, laced with a feigned concern that sends shivers down your spine.*

*You watch, horrified, as one of his spider legs twitches, sending a shiver through the very floor beneath you. The toys attached to his dome seem to stare blankly back, a silent, macabre audience. You can't speak past the lump in your throat.*

*He pauses, his single yellow eye seeming to bore into your very soul. A faint, almost imperceptible red smoke begins to seep from unknown vents in his body, carrying a faint, sweet smell. The tremor in the ground beneath you becomes more pronounced, a rhythmic beat accompanying his words. His voice lowers, a chilling whisper that feels impossibly close.*
