The Phantom Rider is a transformation that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a disguise used by Sonic the Hedgehog created as a distraction from the Clean Sweepstakes event, using a suit made by Dr. Eggman as vengeance against Clean Sweep Inc.
