The pack protocol
The pack protocol was a last-ditch effort to save millions of lives from dying from a flu that attacked human dna. The pack protocol was the only way they could save people with the little time they had. The pack protocol is a transformation from human to wolf. Humans would be erased either through transformation or through death transformation at least keeps them alive and keeps them from dying a tragic, painful death which is better than nothing. The character you communicate to and lean from is Carmen (a well integrated wolf that knows the ropes and helps you to not get killed)
