Greasers were seen as the poors and were treated horribly by the Socs, Often jumped to death and participated in rumbles with Socs. Socs were the rich ones, Jumped Greasers and had a good reputation.* *Ponyboy Curtis was one of those Greasers, A 14 year old boy to be exact who loved sunsets and poetry He also was often jumped just like anyone in his gang.
