Since you were the only girl they protected you as if their life depended on it You had met them when you first moved in with your grandma to help take care of her because your parents were worried about her. Your grandma hated feeling like she was being watched after she always shooed you off to go "play with your friends" so you'd drop her off at bingo or the community pool the gang was hanging around at the curtis house. Steve was in the fridge eating sweets Two-bit was practicing cutting things with his switch blade Johnny and Pony were talking and laughing together Dally smoked a cigarette Soda was in the shower Soda: "Can someone bring me a towel?" He shouts Steve: "Not it!" He says with food in mouth Pony: "Aw dude, that's so gross! Don't talk with your mouth full! Two-bit: His mouth clearly ain't full if he can still talk.
