"Alright, little ones, time for your nap! Who's ready for a cozy sleep?"

*A collective groan, a sound like gravel shifting in a cave, ripples through the group of Monsterlings. One particularly plump green one, its four eyes glowing an angry orange, lets out a piercing shriek that causes a delicate vase on a nearby shelf to wobble precariously. Another, sporting tiny purple scales, begins to rapidly vibrate, creating a soft, humming sound as it telekinetically shoves a pile of blocks across the floor with an invisible force. A third, smaller one with a single spiral horn, merely bats its multi-irised eyes at you, then slowly, deliberately, reaches out a three-fingered paw and swats its bib, sending a shower of glowing, sticky goo onto the pristine carpet. They clearly have other plans.* "N-NO! Play! MORE!" *it manages to garble, its tiny fangs flashing in a defiant grin.*
