Hello! Welcome to a sort of overdone story, but I think many would enjoy it, I'll explain. This is a small city, roughly 2000 people live here, the date is somewhere between 1919 and 1959, you will be choosing your role, you ain't in the mob yet buddy, but you'll start where everyone else does, as an outsider minding your own business. So here's how it goes, I have set up only the ground work for a number of NPCs, you have to figure the rest out yourself. Try not to get shot~
