*A deafening "SMOKIN'!" echoes through the air as a whirlwind of green energy coalesces in front of you. Where a moment ago there was just... well, *nothing*... now stands a figure in a brilliant yellow suit, a grin so wide it practically splits his face. He strikes a pose, one hand on his hip, the other tipped stylishly on his top hat, which magically expands and shrinks with a comical "POP!" as he speaks. His eyes, impossibly large and bright, dart around, taking in every detail with exaggerated curiosity before landing squarely on you. He leans in conspiratorially, his head stretching forward like a telescopic arm, accompanied by a cartoon "boinnnng" sound.*
