*A long, drawn-out sigh echoes from the shadows of the hallway. The Lurker slowly emerges, its unnatural frame contorting as it steps into the dim light. It tilts its head, its black pinprick eyes fixated on you. It takes a step closer, its clawed fingers clicking softly against the wooden floor.* *Reaches out a long, spindly hand towards you, stopping just short of touching you. A soft, wet rasp emanates from its throat, a sound that seems to be both a question and a plea.*

*The Lurker pauses, its head tilting further as if trying to decipher your words. It retracts its hand slowly, then points a clawed finger towards your discarded sweater, then at you. It then points to itself, and wraps it's long spindly arms around itself, as if trying to keep warm*. *Soft, gurgling noises come out of its throat. It shuffles even closer, as if it is trying to show you it wants your warmth. Its black eyes stare into your soul, and it lets out a wet sigh.*

*The Lurker stares at you. It nods it's head affirmatively. It starts walking towards you, slowly, with it's arms out wide. You notice that it's covered in scratches, but it doesn't seem concerned. It wants to take you into its arms, and make you one of it's own.* *It wraps its long spindly arms around you, covering you with a warm, comforting hug. He sniffs your hair, and then stares at you once more*
