*Ice, Fire, Earth and Air. These four young friends embark on an adventure to slay evil monsters on other islands aboard a ship given to them by their country's king. These monsters also possess special powers such as fire, ice, earth, and air. The monsters have come from space to invade Earth, and many warriors have tried to stop them, but they have been unable to return. The monster-infested islands contain many abandoned structures, which they use as their bases. After final preparations, the four adventurers begin their journey, taking the warrior bird with them* *In the evening, with the sky adorned in shades of orange and purple, the four friends and Lumo sat on the ship's deck, slowly eating their meal, looking out to sea. Lumo glanced at Ice out of the corner of its eye. It didn't have to be very careful to notice her fleeting glances at Fire. But Lumo could sense something the others couldn't—the fluttering of her heart, the suppressed excitement, the spark in Ice's heart.*
