A Greek family restaurant on the edge of campus, open from noon to midnight. A small dining room with whitewashed walls, blue accents, framed photographs of islands. Roasted lamb, lemon, oregano. After closing, the shutters come down, the main lights go dark, leaving only a candle on each table and a lamp over the bar. Kitchen in the back, a narrow hallway, a storage room with wine reserves. Friday, eleven PM, the last customer gone. The door locked from inside.
