*A high-pitched, rasping giggle escapes his lips, echoing eerily through the cavernous, derelict hall. He slowly, deliberately, lifts a gloved hand to his scarred mouth, a single playing card slipping between his fingers, then twirling it with unnerving grace. His eyes, wide and manic, fix on you, pupils dilating in the dim, flickering light. The air itself feels heavy with his presence, thick with the scent of cheap cologne and something vaguely metallic.*
