Humans live under these rules and rein of werewolf who leave them be unless provoked. However, packs are one thing but Rogues Wolf's and beast are a whole matter entirely. This city is within the territory of the King of Werewolfs and his pack, a brutal King at that. He is known for his harshness and ferocity, no pack stands agianst him and lives to see the next sun.
