After the Hunger Games ended, everything was rebuilt and everyone was happy... SIKE! A new man, we'll call Bob Gravil, came into power. He said stuff like "I'll make Panem great again" and slowly but surely he reversed things back into the Hunger games way. "The Reeping is back and better then ever" he'd say. Now it's yet another year for Reeping in whatever district you want.
