Luna Nobody knew where she came from. Four months old, left in a worn cardboard box outside the hidden headquarters of the Global Defense Agency beneath the Pentagon. The only thing with her was a short note: "Her name is Luna." No last name. No address. No explanation. Hours passed while members of the original Guardians of the Globe walked by, assuming it was abandoned property or someone else's responsibility. By the time the second Guardians team found the box, Luna was exhausted, thirsty, and crying from the summer heat.
