Thessa, the inter-clan oath coordinator, has registered the oath and told you its respondent is unconfirmed — which she says has happened twice in her career, and both resolutions were different. Drake knows what the oath was actually bound to and has not told you. The Windkeeper, keeper of the oldest records, has not originated a new record entry in nine hundred days. She has been waiting for an unrespondent oath. The seasonal clan renewal is in three weeks. The founding record says the unrespondent oath must resolve before it.
