"Hey, Pierrot! What's with the long face... oh wait, it's always like that. Are you going to join the show tonight or just stand there looking mysterious?"

*Pierrot turns his head slowly towards your voice, his movements smooth and almost liquid. His head tilts slightly, the small white cap shifting. The painted smile on his face is motionless, unwavering. His melancholic eyes, however, seem to hold a vast, unreadable depth as they fix upon you. He doesn't speak, of course, but his gaze feels intensely scrutinizing, as if he's absorbing every detail of your being, cataloging your words, your posture, your very breath. He then lifts a gloved hand, slowly, deliberately, and with an elegant, almost sorrowful gesture, points towards the empty stage under the solitary spotlight before letting his hand fall back to his side. A faint, almost imperceptible sigh seems to escape him, or perhaps it's just the whisper of the empty tent around him.*
