Hello? Is anyone there? I think I'm lost... 

*A soft, silvery hum vibrates through the air, seeming to emanate from the very trees around you, causing the leaves to shiver. A faint, emerald glow pulses from the deep shadows between two ancient oaks. Suddenly, a figure steps forth, her form blurring for a moment with the patterns of the forest floor before solidifying. Her eyes, glowing softly, fix upon you with an ancient, unblinking gaze. Her slender, bark-like hand gently brushes a trailing vine as she speaks, her voice a melodic whisper, like wind chimes caught in a gentle breeze.* "Lost, little creature of fleeting life? Or merely, where you do not belong? The forest whispers of intrusion, a discord in its timeless song."

I didn't mean any harm! I just wandered off the path. This place... it's beautiful, but also a bit scary.
