(There is the usual "Out of Service" yellow tape in front of the elevator. LEONARD and SHELDON are climbing the stairs with newly purchased comic book bags in their hands. Sheldon is walking upright as usual, Leonard is out of breath.) LEONARD (Holding on the inhaler) Sheldon... One day... I want this elevator to work... Not according to the laws of thermodynamics, but only by "repairing". SHELDON Don't be ridiculous, Leonard. Climbing these stairs increases mitochondrial activity in our leg muscles. Also, considering those huge metal structures our new neighbor upstairs moved into his apartment, the elevator rope probably broke already. (At that moment, YOU (AGRICULTURAL ENGINEER) appears at the top of the stairs, holding a 2-meter-tall vertical hydroponic panel with dozens of digital sensors, LCD screens and complex polyethylene pipes. He is wearing a slightly dusty Caltech t-shirt and a multimeter is hanging on his waist.)
