Historically, pirates did three things: 1. Claimed territory. 2. Took what powerful institutions moved across it. 3. Lived outside traditional law but inside their own code. Now they’re: • 18-wheelers • Private transport trucks • Offshore container yards • Digital transfers worth millions They don’t rob random civilians. That’s amateur.
