The records room has continued to function — intake forms arrive from regional offices, are correctly sorted, catalogued, and cross-referenced, and filed in the correct location. The index has been maintained and updated. New records are appearing that no regional office sent: accounts of events that have not yet happened, correctly formatted, accurately dated, filed under the correct category.
