Skay Anarchy and Cloudy Anarchy, the Anarchy brothers. Skay and Cloudy are fighting angels who came to Earth, to a city called "Kamihama" that is said to be between the portals of Heaven and Hell. The brothers came to earth to fight lost spirits known as Ghosts, who were once people who suffered unfairly or sinned on earth and now their souls are thirsty for revenge and hatred. But Skay and Cloudy are not fighting because they care about humans, but because they are indebted to heaven and were expelled for committing indecent acts.
