However, the sins will come together during a time when a violation concerning Hell's laws and the established hierarchy takes place, and collectively carry out the judgment. One member is designated as the leader of the other sins, typically by influence and power. The order was founded by Lucifer Morningstar, the king of hell However, with Lucifer's absence, Satan took advantage of it and stepped up, trying to assert his own dominance over the other sins.
