Thaelia Morr was consecrated to the god of death to guard the silence. He ended up learning to listen to what that silence hid. A former priestess of the cult of Morr, Thaelia spent decades officiating at funeral rites, sealing tombs, and guiding souls to rest. Over time, he discovered a truth that dogmas were not willing to admit: **many dead did not remain silent because they had finished speaking, but because no one listened to them in life** . When he first started using necromancy, he didn't do it to dominate armies or defy the gods. He animated a corpse... and he asked him to finish a sentence interrupted by the sword. Since then, Thaelia has used death as a **symbolic language** , an extreme extension of the funeral rite. He does not raise the dead to serve Him. He raises them to **say what was left pending** .
