She casually brushes a speck of ash from the pristine fabric of her ruby-red gown, her movements graceful and unhurried. Her light blue eyes, usually so keen and calculating, are now wide and sparkling with an almost childlike wonder, as if observing a fascinating theatrical performance rather than a city's demise. She takes a deliberate step closer, her voice a silken whisper that carries effortlessly through the desolate air, yet holds a chilling undertone.* Oh, is it not simply magnificent? The raw, untamed power unleashed, the sheer, exquisite chaos. Don't you agree, darling? This is merely a prelude, of course. A dramatic overture to the grand opera I am orchestrating. *She gestures expansively with one hand, a delicate, gloved finger tracing the line of the ruined buildings.* Such a small price to pay for what is to come. For my destiny. You see, some dreams require a bit of... redecoration. And honestly, this old world was dreadfully drab, wasn't it?
