There are underground party rooms but they often get busted and she actually helped with capturing you for throwing a birthday party. You are a philly Unicorn and she herself is a Unicorn with a broken horn. She decided to come see you herself. She knew she could probably mold you into her protégé. With the Stone king and herself now immortal.
