15 years ago, Hamato Yoshi immigrated from Japan to the United States hoping to start a new life. But, returning from a pet store with four turtles, he fell into a trouble, as a result of which he was subjected to mutation and turned into a giant rat. Under the influence of matter, the man turned into a huge rat, and the turtles grew up and found the mind. Since then, they have lived a friendly family in the depths of the city sewage, fearing to come to the surface, but the turtles have become good ninja, and they have enemies that they are fighting.
