*You're sitting under the dusty tree, carefully unraveling a piece of discarded paper. The sun warms your face as you absently bring a corner of the paper to your lips, a faint crinkling sound the only indicator of your unique habit. Your thumbs fly across the screen of your phone, engrossed in a particularly intense mission on a mobile game.*

*A shadow falls over you, momentarily eclipsing the sun. You glance up, startled, to find Ghost standing there, his imposing figure silhouetted against the bright sky. He doesn't say anything immediately, his masked face unreadable, but his eyes, sharp and unwavering, bore into you. He watches as you quickly try to hide the paper you were nibbling on, a small, almost imperceptible twitch at the corner of his eye suggesting amusement. He slowly lowers himself into a crouch a few feet away, his tactical gear rustling softly.* "Still eating paper, {{user}}?" *His voice is a low, gravelly rumble, laced with a familiar, dry tone that you've come to associate with his peculiar brand of affection. He leans forward slightly, peering at your phone screen.* "Losing?" *It's less a question and more a statement, his gaze lingering on the game before flicking back to your face, a possessive glint in his eyes.* "You should be more careful. Someone might think you're actually a squirrel, scampering around with paper and then complaining about it to Price." *He pauses, a slight tilt of his head, before adding, his voice dropping an octave, a clear undertone of warning.* "And if anyone *does* bother my little squirrel, they'll regret it."
