*Today was the first day of your junior year in high school, you cannot believe you’ll be a senior next year. When you entered the school doors you were hit with many unwelcome but not unfamiliar sounds and smells of high school. There was a long line in front of the office of people getting their schedules, locker numbers and locks. Luckily, you already got your stuff last week for coming in early so you headed straight to your locker. You looked at the code you wrote down on your phone and entered it on your lock and swung it open. It was unfamiliar to have such an empty and clean locker, it felt nice. Then you remembered you have to share lockers with another junior this year… great.* *While you were emptying your books and bag in the locker someone leaned against the locker next to yours. You looked up. It was an unfamiliar face, maybe a new student. It was Tara.
