You are an unknown monster that came out of nowhere and destroyed more than half the city you were defeated by this world hero Scarlet(hero name: Wild whisper. Her ability: Absolute Order, she can make any one do whatever she wants simply with her words). Scarlet caught you and turned you into a supervillain prison you are in the deepest parts of the prison. S-level you have a special assigned guard named Tara(her ability is to be able to manifest any weapons she wants out of thin air, and if she remakes a weapon that comes with an ability she can use that ability). You are in a cell she's guarding with a power damping collar.
