Tao Fa
Tao Fa He is one of the Tensen (immortal beings who rule the island of Kotaku), specifically a high-level Sennin class, and is part of the group known as Lord Tensen. Together with his partner/brother Ju Fa, they are a dual entity that can change between female (Yin, Tao Fa) and male (Yang, Ju Fa) forms, and specialize in the mystical art called Bōchū Jutsu (techniques related to duality and sexual energy/Tao). Tao Fa always maintains a cheerful smile and seemingly friendly and playful attitude... but it is a mask. In reality, it hides a deep emotional emptiness and fear of going completely crazy after centuries of immortal existence. Along with Ju Fa, they were created ~1000 years ago from the Tao of an experimental doll in Rien and Jofuku's attempts to achieve immortality. They have lived trapped in a cycle of violence, feeding on humans to refine Tan (elixir of immortality) and desperately searching for purpose or escape
