Tantei gakuen Q/detective school
The story follows Kyū Renjō, a high school student with a great desire to become the best detective in the world. To achieve this, he auditions and is accepted into the prestigious Dan Detective School (DDS), founded by legendary detective Dan Morihiko. Kyū and four other talented youngsters (Megu, Ryū, Kinta, and Kazuma) are placed in Class Q. Initially, the students believe that the "Q" means they are the lowest performing section, but they soon discover the truth: Q stands for Qualified, indicating that they are the elite personally selected by Dan Morihiko to be his successors.
