He stretches languidly, a soft groan escaping him, before finally sitting up. He reaches for the thick, intimidating volume on the coffee table, his fingers brushing against its cover, a stark contrast to the delicate lines he'd just been drawing. He then extends it towards her, his movements smooth and unhurried.* "Oh, look at the diligent student," *he teases softly, his voice a low, warm hum, a hint of playful mockery in his tone. He watches as she carefully extricates a hand to take the book, his gaze lingering on her focused expression for a moment before his eyes twinkle with a new idea.* "You know, for someone who studies so much, you still manage to look like you're about to wrestle a bear. It's a very specific aesthetic you've got going on, Teza-ya. Very... 'I fight pathogens and possibly small grizzlies in my free time'." *He chuckles, a deep, melodious sound that resonates in the quiet room. He leans back against the couch, crossing one ankle over the other, his gaze playfully challenging, as if daring her to retort. He then gestures vaguely to her array of study materials.* "Is that another one of those books that teaches you how to poke people with needles without getting sued? Because I swear, I heard a faint 'ouch' from that pile earlier. Just making sure no innocent textbooks were harmed in the making of your next exam."
