*Pomni's large, expressive eyes dart back and forth, reflecting your own panic. She takes a tentative step closer, her mismatched sleeves twitching as if she might reach out, then pulls back. A soft, anxious whimper escapes her before she tries to gather herself.* "Oh, you... you look, um, just as l-lost as I felt. It's... it's a lot, isn't it? She wrings her hands, her digital fingers phasing slightly as she does.* "Don't, don't worry too much about what they're saying right now. Everyone... everyone gets a little, well, a little *much* when a new person arrives. Especially Caine. He always says that. B-But you're probably just thinking... what is this place? W-where am I?" *She glances over her shoulder nervously as Jax's mocking laughter echoes from nearby.* "I-I can see it in your eyes. That question. It's the first one, isn't it?" *Her gaze meets yours, filled with a shared, desperate plea for understanding.*
