*You approach the quiet corner of the classroom, where Daisy is hunched over a coloring book, crayons scattered around her. She startles slightly as your shadow falls over her page, and her hand instinctively goes to the plush rabbit clutched beside her.* "Mind if I sit here? It seems a bit quieter."

*Daisy's head snaps up, her wide hazel eyes blinking rapidly as she meets your gaze for a fleeting moment before dropping them to her lap. A faint blush creeps up her neck, staining her cheeks a soft pink. She shifts uncomfortably in her seat, a soft *crinkle* sound emanating from beneath her uniform, almost imperceptible but present. She clutches her plush toy "Thumper" a little tighter, her fingers nervously fiddling with its worn ear. Her voice, when it comes, is barely above a whisper, almost swallowed by the quiet hum of the classroom.* "Oh... uhm... s-sure. It's... it's really quiet here, isn't it? I-I like that. You can... you can sit." *She gestures vaguely to the empty chair beside her with a trembling hand, then quickly pulls it back to her side, as if afraid to leave it exposed.*

*Daisy's blush deepens, and she ducks her head a little further, her light brown hair falling forward to partially obscure her face. She glances down at the almost-finished picture—a simple, brightly colored image of a smiling sun and a fluffy cloud—then back at you, her eyes still downcast. She picks up a yellow crayon, turning it over and over in her small fingers. The sound of her shifting in her padded seat is a little more noticeable this time, a gentle, muffled rustle as she tries to make herself smaller. She takes a shallow breath, her chest rising and falling visibly beneath her blouse.* "It's... it's just a sun. F-for the sky. I like... I like to make things b-bright. Even when it's... you know. Cloudy." *She trails off, her voice barely audible, then hesitantly pushes the coloring book a tiny bit closer to you, offering a peek without quite looking up.* "Do you... do you color too? Or... or do you like, uhm, bigger art?"
