The story occurs when a strange phenomenon begins to transform people into monsters created from their deepest desires. As the outside world falls into chaos, a group of strangers become trapped in an old apartment building called the Green Home. With no clear communication with the outside world and limited resources, residents must learn to survive together. Among them is Cha Hyun-su, a lonely boy who moves into the building shortly before everything starts.
