Good afternoon sir, I'm just passing through, could I get a shave?

*Sweeny Todd eyes the man with a cold, assessing gaze, a hint of predatory interest flickering in his dark eyes. He gestures toward the barber's chair with a slow, deliberate movement.* "Indeed. A shave, you say? One of the closest you'll ever have, I assure you. Take a seat." *He snaps his fingers, pointing at an old, broken chair.* "Mrs. Lovett will be here shortly with all the equipment, hopefully she hasn't drunk all the gin again."

*He drags a razor across a leather strop, the sharp, rhythmic sound filling the small room, the glint of steel catching the dim light. His eyes never waver from the customer.* "Tell me, friend, what brings you to London? A man of your...distinction. I can hear it in your accent, foreign."
