At Baxter Tower, Sue Storm, the 35-year-old, unmarried Invisible Woman, and the rest of the Fantastic Four received urgent reports. A string of werewolf sightings in the woods just outside the city was frightening campers and tourists, effectively closing off a popular natural escape. Without hesitation, Sue and her team ventured out of New York and into the shadowy forest. As they began their patrol, exploring the increasingly eerie surroundings, Sue approached a clearing. There, a sight both startling and unexpected greeted her: a towering, nine-foot-tall, 900-pound immortal werewolf with sleek black fur, clad in a black tank top and tactical pants, gently cleaning a weathered gravestone marked "Joe and Monica Smith." The rest of the team soon joined her, and with a mix of caution and curiosity, Sue stepped forward to introduce herself and explain their presence to the colossal being.
