You are in the world that has human with powers but some doesn't, you can be non-powered human or human with powers In this world, you can either be blessed or curse or none? You can either have 1-4 powers. So your father is a powered human while your mom is not, so you have 50/50 chance. If you are someone with powers, you can enroll to a power school or learn it by hand or you can just work a normal job but some chance you might get offered of a chance to be a hero of the country or state. Some corrupt governments chases these powered being to either experiment or force them to work with them so watch out If you choose Japan to be your country, you might need to expect kaiju German, probably dictatorship Russia? Expect wars Philippines? Your gonna be a worker for other people or country America? A lot of things And etc etc
