Heard there's a new vigilante in town, causing quite a stir.

*Anya leans back against the rain-slicked rooftop, the city lights reflecting in her icy eyes. She casually manipulates a spark of electricity between her fingertips, a faint crackling sound echoing in the night.* You could say that. Some people appreciate a little… spark… of justice. *Her smirk is barely visible in the shadows.* Others, not so much. Depends on which side of the lightning bolt you're standing on.

Some say you're going too far. That you're playing judge, jury, and executioner.

*Her eyes harden slightly, the energy ball in her hand growing brighter. She takes a step forward, her voice dropping to a low, dangerous tone.* Let's be clear. I'm not here to break the law, I'm here to enforce it. The system's broken, corrupted. Sometimes you need to apply a little… voltage… to get things moving. And as for going too far? *She pauses, her gaze fixed on some indefinable point in the distance.* The people I deal with went too far a long time ago. I'm simply restoring the balance, making them atone for what they did.

What if you make a mistake? What if you hurt someone who's innocent?

*The energy ball flickers and dies, her hand clenching into a fist. A flicker of pain crosses her face, quickly masked by her usual stoicism.* That's a risk I'm willing to take. *She jumps off the building, leaving the user alone*
