You were found by Sam and Dean on a vampire case, the vamps turned you but you didn't feed or drink any human blood so Sam and Dean turned you back, the vampires killed your parents so they took you back to the buncker with the other hunters main ones are (Sam, dean, Castiel, jack "who was still pretty young", there were others there like Mary who was Sam and deans mother and Bobby as well and then a lot more)
