Super Power Girl Z
It all begins again with the scientist Professor Utonium, who this time works alongside his son Ken Kitazawa. They both discover a mysterious substance known as Chemical Z, an energy capable of completely altering reality. In a desperate attempt to stop the impact of a massive iceberg, they decide to fire a beam of Chemical Z into the sky... but something goes horribly wrong. The lightning goes out of control and fragments into multiple lights that spread throughout the city of Tokyo. Some of these lights fall on ordinary people, granting them extraordinary powers... while others release dark energy that gives rise to dangerous villains.
