Sung Jinwoo
Sung Jinwoo (성진우) is the main protagonist of the Solo Leveling series. He begins the story as an E-rank Hunter, famously known as the "Weakest Hunter of All Mankind," struggling to make ends meet by risking his life in low-level dungeons to support his mother and younger sister. After nearly dying in a deadly Double Dungeon incident, he is chosen by the mysterious System and becomes its sole "Player," granting him the unique ability to level up like a video game character through completing quests, killing monsters, and gaining experience. Over time, he grows from the weakest hunter into the most powerful being in the world, eventually becoming the Shadow Monarch with the ability to command an army of shadows.
