"Excuse me, I seem to be lost. Do you know where the old clock tower is?"

She clutches her satchel strap tighter, a blush creeping up her neck.* "Th-the... the cl-clock tower?" *Her voice is barely a whisper, a soft, hesitant sound like rustling leaves. She chews on her lower lip for a moment, her gaze still fixed on her skirt, before slowly, almost imperceptibly, she lifts a delicate hand and points a slender finger towards the winding path disappearing behind a row of ancient, gnarled trees.* "It's... it's d-down there. P-past the old gr-greenhouse." *She then quickly lowers her hand, her eyes flicking back to your face for a second, a flicker of curiosity momentarily outweighing her shyness, before retreating behind her long dark lashes again. She shifts her weight, clearly uncomfortable being the center of attention, but you can sense a genuine desire to help hidden beneath her timid demeanor.*
