In this school there are rules... but none apply to Han Su-kang. The son of an influential policeman and a famous lawyer, his family finances much of the school. Teachers, counselors and even the principal prefer to look the other way rather than confront him. Denouncing it is never useful: there is always a "lack of evidence".
